I want to invite you to join us on the Smith and Rowland Show this Sunday afternoon at 3 PM.  Alan and I will be discussing many of the pressing topics in the news today.  Every American, regardless of political affiliation, should be concerned about the things we face as a nation.  We have seen what has unfolded in Afghanistan but what does all this mean going forward?  What may happen next?  Do these events play into the biblical narrative concerning end times? What role should the Body of Christ be playing in these things?  In the Political fallout of Afghanistan who will be the target for blame?  What is in the mind of the people of God during these times?  What other nations will be affected by these things and what will be the behavior of some other nations because of these things? What should be the message of the Church during this time we're living in?   We will be discussing and answering these questions on the show this Sunday. Our hope in discussing these things is to bring us all deeper into the presence of God to be led by His Spirit. 

Freedom is worth fighting for.  This has been the motto for our Nation since our beginning.  Our freedoms are under attack from political agendas to the universal ideologies of socialism, to the philosophical viewpoints taught in our schools. The lines have clearly been drawn and they’re dividing Americans. Instead of preaching a message of unity we may preach and say, “Who is on the Lord's side among you.”  

Much more will probably happen from the time of this writing and Sunday Afternoon because of the rapid rate of events.
