Today my 1st job was at the home of a local Baptist pastor as I worked we talked about the condition of the church today and in particular its decline as many of you are aware most churches are in an accelerating decline as membership ages and dies the next generation is bailing out some how not picking up on their duty to God[ as some as some would say] also many churches are unable to find pastors as on average 1 pastor a day is leaving the…
