Tabernacles & Temples
I want to touch on a pertinent theme for our times; taken from a new book I am in the process of writing entitled: “The Key of David.”
Our theme is this: “To discover and apply the Essential Truths revealed in and through the Tabernacle of Moses, to the Tabernacle of David, and then to and through the Temple of Solomon to us today; as the End-Time Church in the Earth.”
Obviously this is a major theme. As I have said, we will just touch on this theme; sowing a few seeds of Truth. Perhaps, if we are hungry & thirsty, the King will enable us to enjoy a bit of broken Bread & a sip or two of New Wine from His Chalice? If so, I believe He will give us more.
Father; would You release your Spirit to draw us into the Chamber and seat us at the table before our King right now? By faith in Your great Grace, we enter in. Right now. Thank You; Amen.
I believe all things in the Bible are best viewed from the Light of the Glory of the Cross of Jesus Christ. As Paul the Apostle said; in 1Co 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
The Amplified version put it this way : For I resolved to know nothing (to be acquainted with nothing, to make a display of the knowledge of nothing, and to be conscious of nothing) among you except Jesus Christ (the Messiah) and Him crucified.
The Tabernacle of Moses, the Tabernacle of David, and the Temple of Solomon are inter-connected, and are all about the finished work of the Cross of Jesus Christ. Through the types & shadows of these transitory dwelling places of God, they point to what it is to be accomplished in and through our lives as the Living Temple of God in the Earth. It is in our day; within the arising end-time Church that God will tabernacle in these last days in preparation for the return of the soon-coming Bridegroom, King, and Judge! Amen.
A. First: The Tabernacle of Moses lays out the pattern of God’s provision through the Cross of Christ; His Way for sinful mankind to turn and enter into intimate union with the Holy Trinity.
B. Then; The Tabernacle of David shows forth the ongoing relationship that God desires to have with us in the Earth: an intercessory lifestyle of song & celebration in the Presence of His Glory; taking the Land of our assignment in the Earth and establishing His reign over our enemies.
C. Finally, the Temple of Solomon portrays the worshipping & reigning, End-time Mature and Glorious Bridal Church; submitted to Christ her Head under His apostolic authority during the Harvest of the Ages. She is the Glory of the “Finished work of the Cross of Christ”! Come quickly Lord Jesus!
The essential Tabernacle of Moses Truths; when apprehended & applied over time, are to then bear fruit in the Tabernacle of David Truths. Likewise, when apprehended & lived out over time, the Davidic Truths will bear the ordained fruit of the essential Temple of Solomon Truths.
The essential revelations of each, must first be identified, clarified, simplified & apprehended by faith. They are then to be applied through grace until there is substantial manifestation of the Truth in and through our lives. Revelation must result in genuine substance in & through our lives.
