Do you know that our God is a “planner“?

He is!

He is such a planner. 💖

He makes good plans,

and He has a good plan in His heart for me and for you. 💝

It’s okay for us to prepare,

to make plans,

to organize our plans in such a way

that the plans might be successfully carried out.

It’s part of life!

But I’ve got to make sure

that I’m reliant on Him, first and foremost,

…most of all…

that when a plan of mine

should crumble,

or fall…

when a plan of mine

doesn’t align with His…

that I am able to lean on Him

and trust Him…

as He shifts things around in my life,

and as He leads me through the chaos that I face.

He will lead me into what He has in store for my life.

He just asks me to trust and follow.

And He is so good at helping our hearts with that. 💗☀️

“The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.”—Proverbs 16:9

He loves His children SO much…

that He will seriously crush some plans…

if it means protecting us from plans

that do not align with the ones in His heart.

So thank You, Father…

for being the best planner there ever was, and ever will be!

You take the mess that we’ve made,

our imperfect plans…

and You put it all into something

that will be made beautiful,

and glorious

as You do what only You can do. ✨

God, when our plans fail,

when life takes an unexpected twist…

we place our trust in You!

Help us as we learn to trust You, through and through.

Help us as You crumble our plans if they aren’t aligned with You…

…and direct us into Yours.

You do it because You love us,

and You want us to walk in all that You have planned for us.
