Dream 10/26/2020
I was walking down a dark hallway and I could see demonic spirits going up and down the hall. One of the spirits I recognized from a horror movie, from when I was a kid. It was Pin Head from the movie, Hell Raiser. As I was moving down the hall, I came to an open room that was dark and looked like a receptionist area. I observed about ten demonic spirits that resembled dogs. They were jumping on top of cabinets and desks like they were hunting for something. I placed my back against the wall because I felt like they could see me. While my back was against the wall a man wearing a black leather cowboy hat and a long leather duster came up to me holding a mask of Tom Hanks in front of his face. Dream ends.
This is what I got from the dream:
While in the hallway, I observed Pin Head from the movie Hell Raiser. I watched this movie, when I was a teenager. It reminded me just how naïve I was at the time. Like most young adults, I felt like I knew what was good and acceptable, but little did I know.
The other spirits were demonic spirits that attach themselves to movies and other things in life. Young adults are often not taught about the demonic and how the demonic attach themselves to different things to try and pull them into sin and cause division between them and God. I see more and more young adults who try and step out into things that they have no business looking at or trying to get involved with, because they think they have it all under control. When in reality they have written their own death warrant.
Dogs and wolves always hunt in packs. The dogs will try and divide the herd to kill the weaker animals. In the dream, I believe the dogs were looking for young Christians who are not established in the Word and the ones that don’t hold themselves accountable to a more seasoned Christian. We all should have someone we hold ourselves accountable to, no matter how long you have been a Christian. The younger Christians should seek out someone to mentor them so that they can grow in the Spirit.
The demonic man with the Tom Hanks mask was trying to imitate someone, so they could go through the motions. What I mean by this is, that sometimes we as Christians go through the motions and tell everyone that they are ok, when in fact they are not ok. The reason they are not ok, is because they are following the masses and not doing what God has called them to. To many Christians today listen to the naysayers and not to God. When God told Abraham to go to the land of Canaan he went by faith and trusted God. It’s a hard to step out in faith, because we don’t always see God at first but we know it’s Him speaking to us and telling us to go. We as Christians have to learn to put our trust in God and not in man.
