"The truth, for which I would give my life, must also be the truths for which I am living!" The New Covenant heart must be at the apex of that list. Many die for family, friends, country—but not enough value their own heart that high! The heart is mentioned over 1,000 times in the Bible.
We have spent and wasted so much time in our Christian history trying to get "there" when "there" is where we begin! (Our very origin is) Co-seated…by God's doing! We have always been “there” in the Father’s heart. Jesus is ample evidence that we are supremely fashioned for a heart that receives His love and life! Even when we were far away from God with a hardened and wicked heart he loved us! Following is a glimpse from Scripture that reveals what God thinks about our heart.
“There’s a river flowing in the heart of God. It’s called the “river of His delight” (Psalm 36:8)
5 “that even while we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God's special favor that you have been saved!) 6 For he raised us from the dead along with Christ, and we are seated with him in the heavenly realms -- all because we are one with Christ Jesus.” (Ephesians 2:5-6 NLT)
However, God is rich in mercy. He brought us to life with Christ while we were dead as a result of those things that we did wrong. He did this because of the great love that he has for us. You are saved by God's grace! (Ephesians2:5-6 CEB)
We need to slow down to keep up with Father. Slowing down enables our heart to intersect with His Sabbath Rest! Let His Great Love catch up to your conscious reality! Fully Embrace His Embrace; every day.
Here’s how… Experience your world through the lens of gratitude and your heart will open to more than you could have ever seen. The heart eyes of gratitude will cause you to see your reality from a "Holy" other perspective-His! Hope is nurtured by Gratitude! He who has hope has everything.
Living from the Heart
And I will give you a new heart with new and right desires, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony heart of sin and give you a new, obedient heart. (Ezekiel 36:29 NLT)
Above all else, guard your heart, for it affects everything you do. (Proverbs 4:23 NLT)
Was it for nothing that I kept my heart pure and kept myself from doing wrong? (Psalm 73:13 NLT) Of course it wasn’t!
My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever. (Psalm 73:26 NLT)
Those who are wise will take all this to heart; they will see in our history the faithful love of the LORD. (Psalm 107:43 NLT)
I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. (Psalm 119:11 NLT)
O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. (Psalm 139:1 NLT)
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV)
O my son, give me your heart. May your eyes delight in my ways of wisdom? (Proverbs 23:26 NLT)
Sowing From the Heart
2 Corinthians 9:6 We are all familiar with the natural law that says, “Stingy sowing will always reflect in the harvest; so does liberal sowing!”
9:7 Every individual must thoroughly think this through in their own heart, not with thoughts of possible regret or out of a legalistic sense of duty! The agape-love of God inspires extravagance of hilarious proportions! (The Greek word 1hilaros is from the root word-‘hileos’ which means cheerful, attractive.)

Does this ring true and line up to your experience? Maybe a heart inventory would unlock the Glory that is yet to be revealed through your heart-life! Be-come your hearts best friend!
With you I will go, “You” are the fair one, and “you” are my lover! The days are more than curious-they are mysterious even to the most casual of observers...My hope is that the mysteries of the times become the norm of my today’s and elusive tomorrows...Like a weightless hummingbird, flitting from flower to flower, I thirst for the nectar of “Your” great love in my heart...And as I drink deeply I am startled by the inebriation of your loving presence...All I can do is laugh, spin and sing of the height, width, length, and breadth of the sheer joy that accompanies You!
King David had a heart after God! A heart after God is under the search-light of Father’s Heart. “The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the earth, searching for a heart that’s completely His, that He strongly supports it.” This heart has eyes for Jesus; no one else!
As we befriend our new heart all we can see is Christ—and in Him is our heart enraptured! This heart reveals “true truth”; what we have not only seen and been taught, but what we have also had personal experience of. Ultimately, we really (only) need Jesus himself, the great comforter, whose Holy Spirit comforts us always from the heart-inside out!
Sometimes it is hard to look at love square in the eye, and accept the acceptance of pure love flowing from a pure heart! That is the bottom line of the heart of Jesus concerning our heart!
Be loved and accepted by the Heart of Jesus! Ron Ross

Its very interesting and thought provoking. It has reminded me where I/we should keep mine/our hearts more focused at times, especially when we get side tracked as to where we are going in our spirital walk and journey. It is leading me to do an inventory of my heart's connection to God and getting all I can from my relationship from Him, especially when satan is whipping up on us, which he will do to those who are trying to walk the closest to Him.
