We're losing it! The joy of singing unto the Lord! When is the last time we sang His praises during the day, or heard others doing the same? It seems very few people have a song in their heart, and express it out loud for the world to hear. What happened? I believe the enemy would like to keep us SILENT. Singing in the spirit from our heart, declares to the whole world our love and belief in God. It brings to their attention there IS a God. Silence causes defeat, and shares with no one. This must grieve His heart. If we fill our minds with thoughts of our Lord, how can we not burst forth into singing and praising Him? The enemy has fought hard to keep us from singing unto the Lord. He has brought so many other things that occupy our minds, that singing is almost a lost art to many. His strategy is to steal His praise! He hates it when God is given the praise He is so worthy of. It is time to stir up our gift of song!
Come let us shout praises to God, raise the roof for the Rock who has saved us! Let's march into His Presence singing praises, lifting the rafters with our songs! Psalm 95:1 (the message)
