The Kingdoms of our God and of His Christ are advancing faster now than any time in our 32 years of ministry! It is almost dizzying and certainly demands quick and sure obedience. This is a season of Great Grace and outpouring like I have never known. A tsunami of Grace is coming and we must get as many as possible ready to capture the resulting immense harvest. Only one option makes sense; and that is to reach forth with our hands and hearts of faith and grab hold of Papa’s perfect Kingdom will for us. Finishing strong is the desire of our hearts.

The fruitfulness of the past (while it has been phenomenal) will pale in comparison to the next season we have embarked upon. I strongly sense the coming decades are pregnant with powerful hope and Kingdom opportunities. There are some very specific and strategic doors he is opening that I want to share with you. You have been so faithful to stand with us in prayer and support these past 32 years and for that Janis and I are eternally grateful! We are already moving forward into the challenges and opportunities of the future.

“Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we’d better get on with it (and that we are doing). Strip down, start running—and never quit.” Hebrews 12:1, The Message (parenthesis mine). I’ll have to admit, Papa has been doing a tremendous job in recent years helping us to “strip down” so we could run the race set out for us and never quit.

The New Open Doors of Kingdom Opportunity

Brother Mickey Evans, founder of Dunklin City of Refuge and Dunklin’s International Network of Cities of Refuge has issued a Macedonian call to Janis and me. He is asking that I come alongside him in several areas. The first task is to help him write the vital books that will communicate the “Cities of Refuge” model of ministry to countless present and future servant-leaders. God has, is, and will literally “arrest by Grace” many ministry leaders out of deep woundedness and life-controlling issues. This field remains among the “ripest” in all of the Kingdom of God and will require an accelerated, concerted effort in nurturing, equipping and training (which has always been the vision of NET CASTING).

Second, Bro. Mickey has asked if I would help him, Dr. Bob Crowe and Dr. Bob Roach further develop the Freedom Seminary at Dunklin. Many new courses need to be developed in order to meet the leadership demands for the powerful and fruitful future I have already referenced. Those who come through the “Cities of Refuge” model will have the opportunity to either; take the course work necessary for becoming a certified addictions professional or to receive the Bachelors degree of “Cities of Refuge” ministry. They will also have the opportunity with the Freedom Seminary bachelor’s degree to work on a masters or doctorate at another much respected University.

Also, Bro. Mickey has asked if I would assist him and Hugh Murrow in ministering to the leaders of ministries around the nation/world who are presently a part of Dunklin International Cities of Refuge. This, of course is very exciting to me as it has been one of my major ministry passions for decades. I am sure you already detect this is a huge request. As it looks now, I will work with Bro. Mickey about seventy five percent of my time and the remaining time I will continue my other Net Casting responsibilities.

God has made it clear to me that he desires for me to serve and assist Bro. Mickey during this final season of his ministry life. This scripture will certainly be true of him, “I have fought the good (worthy, honorable and noble) fight, I have finished the race, I have kept (firmly held) the faith” 2 Timothy 4:7, The Amplified Bible. I am embracing this call with all my heart and faith.

How will I accomplish this? Not without your help! I need to raise an additional $2,000.00 dollars a month for the next year. I will be at Dunklin in South Florida half the month and in North Carolina the remainder of my time for the next year. While at home, I will focus on the writing and the pastoral care of Dunklin International “Cities of Refuge” leaders. We will re-evaluate the how to toward the end of the first year of this project. I am sure you can see how much we need your prayerful and/or financial support in this endeavor. I especially ask for your prayer covering for Janis and our family during this time.
