Organized Religion or Relationship

You know there has been all kinds of tsunamis in the physicial realm that has brought all kinds of devastation.  Now we are beginning to hear about the tsunamis taking place in the spirit.  I was in my secret place a few mornings ago.  I began thinking about the tsunami that hit Japan after the earthquake.  The earthquake brought the shaking then the tsunami washed away everything in its path.  I began to see that taking place in the spirit more clearly.  There is a shaking coming to organized religion and then the tsunami will wash away everything in its path that is temperal and material.  The church will no longer surround herself with buildings made by hands which now imprision her.  The true church, the bride, will emerge not encased by brick and mortar but in the purety and newness of the Spirit to freely inhabit the earth with power and glory as never seen before.  Organized religion truly ended when Christ died on the cross over 2,000 years ago.  The veil in the temple was torn into!! His message to His Bride, "I no longer dwell in temples but within my people . . .  outside the camp."  If organized religion was going to get us closer to God, we would never have needed a Savior.  If you are holding on to rituals and religious practices or doctrines, you will be swept away in the wrath of God that is to come.  But if you loosen your grip on the methods and the orders of service, the Glory of God that is being poured out will not pass you by but envelope and penetrate into every area of your life.  I challenge anyone to just show up at church without an agenda, without any preconceived ideas and just begin to cry out to God with a loud voice and see what happens.   We experienced oh about 7,000 hungry teenagers taking that challenge and the Glory of God inhabited that place and touched hurting hearts, mended the broken, brought those in utter darkness into the glorious light of Christ Jesus.  Its not about how organized we are but it is about how hungry are we for a real encounter with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  As Paul writes in Phillipians 3:7-11, But what things were gain to me , these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found IN Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through FAITH in Christ, the righteouness which is from God by faith; that I may KNOW Him and the power of His ressurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, If by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.

If you have your own righteousness, you will miss the next move of God in His Glory.  You must lay it all down and count all things loss to gain Christ and step out on faith to attain the righteousness of God.  Then and only then will we truly Know Him and the power of his resurrection.
