1 John 4:11 – 12 (Msg) My dear, dear friends, if God loved us like this, we certainly ought to love each other. No one has seen God, ever. But if we love one another, God dwells deeply within us, and his love becomes complete in us—perfect love!
Our primary response to life in Christ is to love love! Are you loving love today? May we all embrace the extravagant and unconditional love of God! His love is the only true love! Our hopes for today and tomorrow are directly linked to loving his love. Our reality spiritually (worship, walking by the Spirit, authentic relationships) is absolutely tied to a fresh experience of receiving and knowing this love every moment of our lives. Our hopes of making a positive difference in our sphere of influence is intrinsically dependent on having this love to impart to ourselves first and then to all we encounter. His love remains the only answer to everything that is less than love. So much of our day is an all-out assault on loving and living in love! ‘And his love becomes complete in us—perfect love!’ You carry the potential to love perfectly! What higher meaning and purpose could your life have? Maybe we need to get intentional about embracing his love. What say you?
