"I love the LORD because he hears my voice
and my prayer for mercy.
Because he bends down to listen,

Psalm 116:1-9
This is the testimony of the Lord. It seems that the above verses are not a onetime happening but rather a cyclic experience or the recurring theme in my life anyway. I am thankful for his patience with me and that he bends down and listens to me just as I would a small child. I am his child and realize more each day how dependent I am on his grace alone.
Rest in the blessings of the Lord as his precious child today.
