“Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob.
He turned the rock into a pool of water; yes, a spring of water flowed from solid rock.” Psalm 114:7-8 NLT
This solid rock is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who causes the whole earth to tremble at his presence. This is Jesus, the Savior of the world, who through his birth, crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection paid the price to reconcile us to God. The soldiers pierced his side to ensure he was dead as a rock causing water and blood to flow from him. The Rock who is Jesus Christ guarantees our eternal life by dying for our sins and rising again. The water of His Precious Holy Spirit continues to flow from him to and through us transporting life wherever He goes.
