Greetings friends,
I here am sending out particular thoughts that I have felt some umph to... what ever that means. I hope they stir and water and feed.

1) Understanding the Father is seeing that Christ was sent to reveal Him out of the agreement of the love that existed in that relationship for what they mutually created.
2) Compassion must extend from observation to recreation through the restoration of mercy.
3) The anguish of my heart is not in the turmoil of world events but in the lack that we as a body of Christians have in recent years in changing the events of our time. Our famine is we have not altered them with any continuity. I listen to the continued hype that proclaims this and that and I look for the substance that does not run through my fingers like water. Have we recreated the wheel with no escape plan to enter real promise? Am I critical? Please! I am tired of this false criminalization to defuse true lovers of God from extending the life from their broken roots that run deep. These questions are like plows in a rocky ground this is not being critical. Most who can offer these questions have been woven in humility in reality not proclamation. We must be willing to be critical with tender persuasion and not over the flaws of doctrine but the flaws of fellowships lack and in that lack there are demands. Demands that call for a living truth and honor that is held in the unique bowels of individual and collective servitude that demands the inclusion of loves formation and its increase. A lasting and growing foundation that washes out the restraints prohibiting horizontal provision. Because diversity is not accepted unless it brings an offering. This demand breaks down the walls of self preservation in thought and way. The habits of pattern that have not brought life to more then a few will then overflow its banks and the valley will be full and the growth will be among us not above us.
My friends we must see how we have been corralled not by the boggy man of evil but the tyrants of directives that cause us to return without crossing over. We have come to a place were we must with a certain eagerness leave what has secured us for the value of a living community held with a common thought of redemptive hope, a purity of fellowship that dismantles the ways of gain that preserves not Christ among us but the temporary call of men.
4) The Ukraine events are deplorable! But make no mistake this is no different then the aggression that is taking place in our own land. It here is more insidious and convoluted. It is more aggressive as it is planned to weaken the mind, the heart and the resolve of a nation. We have not seen tanks roll down our streets yet but they are coming as the tactics of a multi faceted govt. that has blatantly disregarded its constitution and allowed the courts to rule over legislation is abounding.
5) The folly of many since the passing of Bob Jones is the posturing of using their relationship no matter how big, how small, how real to substantiate who they are. Don't misunderstand my words but hear my heart. The folly of using the reputation of any man but of this man now, dilutes his message as he was a common man who exceeded the restraints often placed on him by those who ask now, since Bob is gone what will we do? A seriously flawed question though it was meant to enlarge who he was.
When we really begin to cherish the truth of Christ in all of us it will be declarative and here God will be among us as never before. Until we stop traveling through the quagmire of restraint we are not eating from the table. Many think they are eating the revelatory food in their dining but they should look at the crumbs that fall to those who cherish them.

6) Many of us, at particular points during our walk with God experience aspects of the essence of God as part of who we are. This may happen in the season of our conversion or during times when we are surrounded by others who percolate these aspects of who God is outward. They become apparent to us and others and we are drawn up. Let us call these aspects of God's glory, they are compassion, slow to anger, grace, mercy, truth, faithfulness and forgiveness. Essentially these are the ingredients of what we call agape love. I think we can also say that most have felt these in a way evaporate or languish from them at least in a conscious way for a time or seasons.There is an unfortunate ebb and flow. We have stepped out of rest and the place of abiding. God is making us aware of who He is and who we are away from Him. The substance of the equation is to remain and to allow the characterizations of His love to become who we are.

In the thoughts above I posted a comparison of the events in the Ukraine to that which is boiling us in the US. It was a difficult comparison especially for those who have loved ones in the Ukraine. For this I am sorry. I am sorry for the transgression of what seemed to be a oversight of how terrible it is over there. I must be more sensitive in my language. But I do feel as if our country is in a pot of boiling water and we don't know we have or are being cooked. When an almost daily departure is happening from long standing liberal voices crying foul at the abuses that are becoming flagrant from this administration we are past the point of if we are deep into the remorse part of the missteps. When they say the system of checks and balances have been disregarded and that the constitution is pushed aside by their observation we have crossed into an dark place. A place that the intent has not been recognized.
